Elite Ride Luxury Transportation ("Elite Ride", "we", "us") operates eliteride.ca and provides chauffeured transportation in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA.

Information we collect

• Contact & booking details you provide — name, email, phone number, pickup/drop-off locations, dates, passenger count, and any message or notes — when you use our contact form, chatbot, voice assistant, or booking flow.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number on our servers.
• Usage & device data — collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referring source) using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and arrange and confirm your rides.
• To process payments and send booking confirmations and receipts.
• To improve our website and services and understand how visitors use the site.
• To contact you about your booking or, where permitted, about our services. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and performance. These cookies help us understand which pages are useful and how to improve them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to book a ride.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — Analytics, Maps distance/route lookups, and Calendar scheduling.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for booking and inquiry records.
• Chauffeurs or approved sub-contractors, limited to the trip details needed to complete your ride.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for our legitimate business records, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
